GXTerminal offers an easy way to build multithreaded, terminal communication applications. GXTerminal is made on the Windows API interface, is very efficient and does not require external libraries or DLL files to operate. The component is easy to use with different development tools (such as Access, Delphi, Visual Basic, Java or Visual C++). With the component you get a Visual Basic sample of how to use the communication technique.
